Something is Better than Nothing

When it comes to meditation, something is better than nothing.

I encourage you to meditate every single day. But sometimes it’s hard to meditate for 20 or 25 minutes.

If you cannot meditate for very long, something is better than nothing.

What I mean is that, meditating every day is more important than how long you meditate every day.

You’re trying to build a habit. That is what’s important.
